We want your shopping experience at Tweetums Fashion Boutique to be the absolute best! We hope you love each item you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible. Please see our simple returns policy below. Return Information

  • Our work is 100% Guaranteed. However, we will not accept returns because of the fit or color. We will accept returns for flaws or defects. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded 

    Please note - items must be in new unworn unwashed condition. Items returned with stains, holes, deodorant stains will be unable to be returned. 
    Also, items with any strange odors will not be accepted for returns.

    Exchanges can only be made of items of equal or lesser value 

    Clearance, custom orders and final sale items are not returnable

    Custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable.


Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Changing or Canceling an Order

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled or modified.

Preorders

Preorders, it will say preorder on each item's description if it's a preorder item.

When you Pre-Order an item from The Tweetums Fashion Boutique it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer/designer. Your card is charged when the order is placed so your item can be put into production.

Anything with a later ship date is considered a pre-order.

Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates. This is due to the designers' production schedules and sometimes an item may arrive several weeks before or after.

Preorders cannot be cancelled as a special order has been made exclusively for you with the designer which means your item is already in production and it has been paid for.

If you have a Preorder item on your order all items will ship at once. Preorder items are final sale. Non-refundable and cannot be exchange.
